Tutorial Blender 3D texture bake from existing image

I'm assuming you already have some basic blender and 3d knowledge for this ;).
A quick and simple technick im using in my project to expand on textures, at the same time do it quick based on existing texture atlas i got for consistency in the art direction.
There is a different way i'm suing this for normal maps or individual textures on more complex props (furniture/environment objects) .
If anyone's interested i am creat many more video tutorials like this ;) more beginer or intermidient user friendly with or without audio description.
